Victoria’s specialty includes crafting memorable explanations of complex subjects for presentation to specific audiences. She enjoys working with content experts and groups to evaluate skill levels as a basis for creating educational materials & user instructions. Her goal is to provide timely and cost-effective tools that will make life a little easier for trainers, trainees & users.
Victoria has produced many e-Learning modules with Adobe® Captivate®. Projects include training for customer service agent tools, human resources hiring tools, student simulations; train the trainer systems, & training programs.

Developed training courses (instructor led, web-based, & self-study) utilizing proven instructional design techniques (ADDIE Model). Earned Award for development of training materials & user manual for General Ledger project. Wrote International Accounting Training & Resources Guide. Designed & maintained websites.
Created documentation & flowcharts for the major finance, accounting, purchasing, & marketing processes. Created user documentation for the project tracking system.
Consulted regarding difficulties with new Customer Relationship Management system adoption. Recommended changes to implementation plans and training. Added pre-requisites to training and re-organized and simplified training materials, thus creating a more smooth transition.
Wrote all user & programmer documentation for corporate office of proprietary school system with over 50 campuses.
